- Lead design initiatives from concept through launch with engineers and other designers
- Channel design thinking into the product development process for real user problems
- Hone open-ended ideas into actionable directions via research, prototyping, iteration
- Create end-to-end experiences across mobile and web with high visual quality
- Evolve design systems to raise quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Explore AI-enabled design workflows to improve team effectiveness
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience across consumer and platform products
- Ability to own complex, ambiguous problem spaces
- Strong product sense; strategic thinking in a small team
- Mobile-first design experience with polished mobile UX
- Exceptional visual and interaction design, portfolio with craft and detail
- Experience building or scaling design systems or libraries
