Senior/Lead Software Engineer (IAM)

📋 Description

• Maintain and stabilise a production IAM system
• Help define transition to a modern, company-wide IDP
• Work within Developer Experience platform team
• Collaborate with product teams on migration approach
• Shape engineering standards and security practices
• Participate in cross-functional conversations and on-call coverage

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of programming experience
• Java and Spring Boot
• Microservices architecture
• Familiarity with CIAM concepts — authentication and authorisation
• Experience with OpenID Connect and/or SAML is a plus
• Proven ability to make and defend technical decisions
