📋 Description

• Oversee account team to drive projects from brief to deployment
• Provide strategic direction at key creative steps
• Oversee contract development and staffing plan approvals
• Manage brand profitability and budget adherence
• Guide client with brand knowledge and therapeutic area
• Lead agency/client strategic sessions and manage junior staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4 to 7 years pharma advertising agency experience
• Active client service management
• Experience with full brand lifecycle (POA, launch, etc)
• Familiarity with FDA rules and MLR processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
