📋 Description
- Own program and integration delivery for top accounts at Flume Health.
- Lead the intersection of client needs, data integration, and AI-powered execution.
- Build and tune a team of AI agents to solve end-to-end client problems.
- Manage delivery cadence, Jira intake, and drive work through build pipelines.
- Serve as primary operational point of contact with client IT and operations stakeholders.
- Provide weekly delivery reporting to senior client stakeholders using AI-generated outputs.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in consulting, implementation, or healthcare operations.
- AI-native: build, tune, and measure AI agent outputs.
- Strong client-facing communication and ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Structured thinker with ability to break down complex problems.
- Low ego, high throughput with willingness to handle operational work.
- Healthcare exposure preferred but not required.
