📋 Description

• Lead 2–3 client accounts requiring oversight across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Own strategy, bidding, and account structure calls
• Forecast-driven budget pacing and client-facing updates
• Write weekly client reports and narratives around results

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Google Ads; agency experience a plus
• Experience managing people or leading teams
• Strong SEM fundamentals with data-driven opinions
• GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking familiarity
• AI workflow experience and automation skills
• Proactive ownership of performance outcomes
