Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a squad of 5–10 engineers, owning people and delivery
• Foster psychological safety and develop engineers
• Deliver credible plans across sprint and 12–18 month horizon
• Ensure technical quality and code review standards
• Interface with stakeholders, communicating progress and risk
• Use data and DORA metrics to keep the team healthy

🎯 Requirements

• Several years leading in an agile product environment or strong senior engineer moving into
• Track record of developing engineers and building high-performing, safe teams
• Lean & agile (Scrum, Kanban), CI/CD, modern software delivery
• Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Fluency in English
