Payments Product Manager - Card Issuing

📋 Description

• The Payments Issuing Product Manager will lead the evaluation, development, and management of
• Oversee full lifecycle of payment/card solutions, design operational and compliance processes, and
• Shape strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to align product

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Bank, Payment, Business or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years product management in payments/fintech with card issuing experience
• Hands-on with virtual card solutions; mobility card use cases (fuel, mobility expense, EV charging
• Experience in European and U.S. markets; understanding of regulatory needs
• Ability to build & scale products from scratch: strategy, partners, cross-functional execution
• Strong KPI mindset for prioritizing backlog and financial performance
