Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced salesperson to work with our clients in developing multimedia marketing programs. A proven track record in closing sales through business development, superior negotiation skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills, especially in a multi-platform environment, are required. Must have strong prospecting skills. An ideal candidate will have a background in digital, marketing solutions, research, events, and print B2B sales. Travel is required, up to 30%, to make sales calls and attend industry events. This territory is all of the US and is in our Aviation Group.
Essential Job Function:
- Handle entire sales process from proposal to close; reach or exceed sales quotas.
- Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status.
- Sell EndeavorB2B's media products and/or services to established customers or new prospects.
- Solicit and maintain contact with current and prospective key accounts.
- Attend special training of products and/or services to understand technical aspects of solutions.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with other departments, including sales support, editorial, production, and marketing.
Core Competencies:
- 3+ years of successful experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably in media, marketing services, or a related field.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, understand client needs, and propose relevant solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency with CRM tools for managing leads, pipeline activity, and client interactions.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Problem-solving orientation focused on practical, value-driven solutions.
- Persistence, resilience, and a competitive, self-starter mindset.
- Comfort working tradeshows, customer events, and traveling to meet clients in person as required.
- Working knowledge of digital advertising and marketing automation principles is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B2B Media experience required.
- Experience in selling Lead Gen, CPL, Marketing Solutions, 1st party-verified data, Programmatic, audience extension, social media, market research, and traditional digital and print products.
- Background in the aviation market is helpful.
For this position, the salary range is typically between $62,000 - $65,000 annually, with a generouscommission structure. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
If you are hired for this position at EndeavorB2B, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
