Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and proof technical deployments for pre-sales and post-sales phases
• Own technical deep-dives, integrations, and architecture discussions with IT admins
• Build prospect-specific sandboxes and working AI agents for proof of concept
• Own RFPs, security reviews, and end-to-end technical validation
• Travel with sales team to industry shows and customer sites (roughly 20-30%)
• Serve as the technical face of Whippy in large enterprise deals

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with ATS integrations, telephony architecture, and AI agents
• Fluent in reading API docs, testing endpoints, and debugging integrations live on calls
• Ability to design deployment architectures for enterprise accounts
• Knowledge of cybersecurity reviews and creating reusable playbooks
• Strong communication skills with business owners and IT teams
• Willingness to travel for industry events and on-site deployments
