IT Systems & Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Hands-on contract IT role owning day-to-day IT operations.
• Manage mixed Mac and Windows fleet, IAM across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, endpoint
• Onsite presence required at least 3 days per week; hybrid arrangement available.
• Build runbooks, systems and controls to enable future support (MSP or AI-assisted) to take over.
• Lead device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and governance of AI tooling.
• Collaborate to deliver end-to-end IT governance and security posture for audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Mosyle, Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot, Google Workspace, and Google Groups.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security, Bitdefender GravityZone, BitLocker, LAPS, MFA and
• Experience with asset/inventory management, supplier/vendor risk, and policy documentation for ISO
• Proven ability to design joiner-mover-leaver processes and maintain an auditable IT environment.
• Hands-on capability with Windows/macOS device lifecycle, imaging and provisioning.
• Ability to create clear runbooks and knowledge bases for internal and external support.
