📋 Description

• You will ensure optimal use of SAP WMS and ERP applications in accordance with best practice and
• You will monitor, identify and analyze all IT systems that support warehousing in the logistics
• You will ensure the testing of existing business processes when logistics and customer service
• When performing troubleshooting in SAP WMS you will focus on continuous operation as well as actual
• In the logistics center, you will optimize the combined IT solutions

• Operational support for all users
• You will train and educate users and operators on how to use SAP and other systems
• When implementing new systems and routines in logistics and customer service (for relevant
• Analyze functional and performance requirements of systems.
• Defining and reviewing change requests to align with existing operational flows.
