We're looking for a Creative Strategist with recent DTC experience to own our client's ad creative pipeline – from concept to final asset. You'll develop high-conversion angles, brief external partners, and get hands-on editing statics and videos. You'll work closely with our E-Com Coordinator to ensure every ad aligns with the landing page experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and test ad angles, concepts, and hooks for static and video assets
- Source, brief, and manage external creative partners (editors, animators, producers)
- Collaborate with E-Com Coordinator to align creative messaging with landing pages
- Edit static images and videos – including AI-generated content, claymation, stylized animation, mini-VSLs, and B-roll
- Continuously analyze performance data to iterate and improve creative output
Requirements

Recent DTC Creative Strategist experience (non-negotiable)
- Proven ability to create sales/conversion-focused content across formats (static, video, AI/animation)
- Hands-on editing skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Experience with AI video tools (hyper-realistic, animation styles like claymation)
- Strong understanding of direct-response principles and B-roll storytelling
- Ability to translate landing page goals into compelling creative briefs
