• Drive regional medical affairs plans for KOL engagement
• Lead medical planning, alignment with Global guidance
• Interface with Global Medical, Clin Dev, PV; advise MSMs
• Coordinate with country managers and commercial/finance teams
• Support staff rotations and interim medical team coverage
• Lead KOL engagement, Congress events, and medical insights

🎯 Requirements

• University medical-science degree or related discipline
• Proven therapeutic expertise and scientific excellence
• Experience in pre-launch and launch activities
• Strong KOL engagement and presentation skills
• Project leadership with cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent English, frequent travel up to ~30%
