📋 Description

• Lead regional medical affairs planning and execution
• Interface with Global Medical/Clin Dev/ PV and others
• Advise MSMs, coordinate with CEERJ team and commercial partners
• Support staff rotations and project deployment as needed
• Lead KOL engagement, scientific exchange and events
• Oversee data generation, publication planning and clinical studies coordination

🎯 Requirements

• University medical-science degree or related discipline
• Deep therapeutic expertise and scientific excellence
• Strong KOL network and communication skills
• Experience in pre-launch and launch activities
• Multistakeholder leadership and project management
• English proficiency; willingness to travel ~30%
