📋 Description
- Drive strategy and technical implementation of complex safety triage workflows, applying advanced
- Serve as SME for human-in-the-loop ML systems in safety; define/refine requirements for
- Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy ML and Gen-AI models and tools to improve
- Leverage AI-powered insights and triage signals to identify on-road issue trends and risk
- Bridge AI/ML development and operational execution; drive foundational policies, roadmaps, and
- Advise senior leadership on long-term technical strategy and operational capabilities of the
🎯 Requirements
- BS/BA degree or 7+ years of experience in AV Software Quality Operations / ML Operations.
- Proven ability to lead complex, technical projects across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and
- Experience across ML lifecycle: data preparation, training, validation, deployment, monitoring.
- Experience with ML testing/validation: dataset QA, bias detection, edge-case testing, performance
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and proprietary tools; strong knowledge of driving rules and
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
