📋 Description

• Lead regional medical affairs planning and execution
• Interface with Global Medical, Clin Dev, PV and others
• Advise MSMs on medical plans and regional alignment
• Partner with country managers and commercial teams for senior planning
• Lead KOL engagement mapping and CRM updates
• Support interim projects and staff rotations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in medical-science or related field
• Deep therapeutic expertise and medical excellence
• Strong scientific/medical communication skills
• Experience in pre-launch and launch activities
• Engaged with KOLs and HCPs; excellent presentation skills
• Travel up to ~30%; fluent English; MS Office skills
