Manager, Corporate Network Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Corporate Network Engineering team.
• Set technical direction for edge, campus, wireless, segmentation, and telemetry.
• Oversee architecture standards and review risky changes with engineers.
• Own reliability, on-call, incident reviews, and change safety processes.
• Drive network-as-code initiatives with templated configs and automation.
• Collaborate with Security, Buildouts, and internal teams on new sites and upgrades.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years designing, building, and operating enterprise campus/edge networks across multiple sites.
• 5+ years leading engineers, including at least 3 years as a people manager.
• Ability to architect from wiring closets to budget debates with stakeholders.
• Default to secure design; explain trade-offs to executives and engineers.
• Experience running the operational side: monitoring, on-call, and post-incident reviews.
• Experience running vendor evaluations, contracts, and multi-year hardware refresh.
