Digital Product Designer - Design System

📋 Description

• Role in the Design System team to evolve and scale H&M’s customer-facing design system across
• Translate design principles and brand identity into scalable foundations, tokens, components and
• Collaborate with designers, engineers and product teams to ensure consistent implementation across
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design within design system foundations
• Stay up to date with design trends to evolve the system and governance
• Onsite in Stockholm, with expectation of being in the office at least 4 days/week

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and evolving design systems for large-scale digital products
• Exceptional UI and visual design skills with strong craft
• Deep cross-platform understanding (iOS, Android, web) and native patterns
• Experience translating brand principles into scalable digital systems
• Expertise in typography, colour, spacing, layout and visual hierarchy
• Experience defining and implementing design tokens and system foundations
