Process Engineer - Flares

📋 Description

• Develop process design basis and execute process engineering activities for customer projects.
• Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs, and process design docs.
• Perform process calculations: heat & material balance, hydraulics, line sizing, pressure drop
• Size equipment and prepare datasheets; support pressure vessels, separators, heat exchangers
• Participate in process safety activities (HAZOP, HAZID, SIL) and design reviews.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil, and Project teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 7 to 10 years in Oil & Gas, Heavy Engineering, EPC, Process Equipment, Refinery, Petrochemical
• Experience in process engineering principles and industrial equipment; HAZOP/HAZID/SIL experience
• Strong experience in process calculations, heat & material balance, equipment sizing, hydraulic
• Proficiency with PFDs/P&IDs, process datasheets, vendor document reviews.
• Software: Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, Aspen Flare System Analyzer, Flarenet, PIPE-FLO, AutoCAD, Excel
