Head of Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead the entire engineering organization and own the technical vision and architecture.
• Report to executive leadership and partner with Product; represent engineering at leadership table.
• Define org structure, standards, and headcount strategy to scale while maintaining velocity.
• Oversee platforms, tooling, security, and technical debt for long-term stability.
• Drive engineering metrics, governance, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver measurable

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering with 7+ years leading engineering managers.
• Experience with marketplaces/enterprise platforms and large-scale infra.
• Proven track record building/scaling engineering orgs and setting a technical vision.
• Hands-on cloud-native experience: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible, containers.
• Security/compliance ownership, including SOC 2 and audits; strong CI/CD experience.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical executives and board members.
