📋 Description

• Lead GenAI projects using LLMs, chatbots, AI agents, and RAG mechanisms.
• Design, implement, and optimize GenAI solutions; mentor teams.
• Make architectural decisions and select technologies for AI-driven development.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and full-stack developers on scalable
• Stay current with GenAI landscape and run PoCs to validate new models/frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science/AI engineering.
• 4+ years producing production-ready Python AI code.
• 2+ years producing production-ready LLM-related code (RAG preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GenAI: LLMs, chatbots, AI agents, RAG.
• Hands-on with GenAI frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar.
• Strong Python, packaging, and testing for data/ML services.
