📋 Description

• Senior Service Analyst role within the Workforce Management team.
• Use data-driven insights to staff customer operations and service teams.
• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end solutions, from analysis to automation.
• Own MI and dashboards to support operations and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Looker, Anaplan, Airtable, and Google Sheets to drive improvements.
• Occasional on-call incidents and cross-domain collaboration as part of rota.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong data analysis skills with ability to perform root-cause analysis.
• Experience creating Looker dashboards and independent MI for operations.
• Proficient SQL coding and automation to improve efficiency.
• Experience in service delivery, optimisation, and workforce management.
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and coach others.
• Understanding of task views, routing, and workforce optimisation principles.
