Gas Turbine Engine Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead mechanical design for aerospace electronic control units and hardware
• Develop concept designs, 3D models, drawings, and documentation
• Use Siemens NX and Teamcenter for design and data management
• Apply GD&T and perform tolerance stack-up analysis
• Contribute to design verification, qualification, and cross-functional reviews
• Collaborate across Stress, Thermal, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Test and Systems teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years in aerospace mechanical or electronic enclosure design
• Experience with Electronic Engine Controllers (EEC) or similar units
• Proficiency: Siemens NX 7.5, Teamcenter 8, PLM tools
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, RTCA DO-160 and MIL standards
• Experience in aerospace industry essential
