• Strong AWS data ecosystem experience (Glue, S3, Athena, Airflow, Iceberg)
• Distributed systems understanding and parallel workloads
• Query optimization, data partitioning, efficient storage patterns
• Cloud mastery (AWS required; Azure/GCP a plus) and leadership capabilities
