📋 Description

• Manage and maintain the enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment using Microsoft Intune
• Administer and support mobile devices and Windows endpoints across a large-scale enterprise
• Develop, maintain and improve endpoint and mobile device management solutions
• Manage device enrollment, configuration, compliance policies and security settings in Microsoft
• Support and manage device provisioning and deployment using Microsoft Autopilot
• Provide 3rd-level technical support (L3) for internal users and customer environments

🎯 Requirements

• Proven professional experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management and/or MDM
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise mobile devices and Windows endpoints
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience providing L3 technical support in an enterprise environment
• Good understanding of endpoint configuration, device compliance and security policies
