📋 Description
- Design AI-powered audit workflows at Fieldguide
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to translate audit processes into product
- Engage with audit firms to understand workflows and automation opportunities
- Identify edge cases, controls, and quality requirements for professional services workflows
- Work with ML team to develop AI agent capabilities for document analysis and evidence evaluation
- Rethink long-standing audit processes with AI-assisted judgment
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA license or Master’s in Accounting
- 8-10+ years audit experience at a top public firm (Senior Manager level+)
- End-to-end financial statement audits; design and execute audit workpapers
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement prep
- Experience evaluating internal controls (ICFR) and reporting disclosures
