• Guides customers to design and build reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB data platform
• Partner with sales to drive account success through technical discovery, demos, and value
• Travel up to 25% as required

🎯 Requirements

• 8–11 years in customer-facing roles; 5–7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software
• 3+ years with scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on‑prem
• Strong ability to review complex architectures and offer tech-driven improvements
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for tech and business leadership
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
