Fire Assay Technician - DIDO

📋 Description

• Fire Assay techniques per written instructions to determine mineral and metal concentrations.
• 12-hour shifts with days and overnights; two weeks on, two weeks off in Red Lake site.
• Carry out fluxing, fusing, cupelling procedures and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain equipment and document fusion sheets and logs accurately.
• Follow Quality system protocols and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assist in other Geochemistry lab areas as needed and coordinate special projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Experience: 1 year in a relevant lab preferred or equivalent education.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, CCLAS, Oracle, and other software.
• Strong verbal and written communication; attention to detail; able to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; extended hours/shifts may be
