Clinic Physician

📋 Description

• Provide direct, longitudinal care to members in clinic and via telemedicine
• Synthesize multi-disciplinary data into a personalized plan
• Interpret findings with nutritionists, exercise physiologists, radiologists and specialists
• Communicate risk and results clearly to members
• Build long-term relationships to support adherence
• Partner with Medical Director to implement and improve the Biograph Method

🎯 Requirements

• Board certified with primary care background preferred
• 5+ years of practice beyond residency
• Current unrestricted NY medical license (or eligible)
• Excellent communication around risk and uncertainty
• Comfort in fast-paced startup environment
• Fluency with EHR, HIPAA, and modern software tools
