Staff DevOps Engineer (Platform)

📋 Description

• Own and evolve CI/CD infra with GitHub Actions and Kubernetes
• Automate mobile release workflows for iOS/Android/Chrome
• Oversee end-to-end testing with Maestro and Playwright
• Improve CI/CD pipeline performance and reliability
• Enhance developer experience with SDLC tooling incl. Appetize
• Ensure build, release, deployment meet security/compliance for fintech

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in DevOps/Platform/SRE or related, senior/staff level
• Strong AWS and CI/CD (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI)
• Docker, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform or Pulumi)
• Experience supporting CI/CD for production mobile apps
• Financial services/fintech security/compliance experience
• Proven developer workflow improvements
