Customer Enablement Lead - Builder

📋 Description

• Lead post-sales technical enablement for OpenAI products.
• Design and deliver learning experiences covering OpenAI APIs, Codex, agents, evaluations, and
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product to tailor enablement plans.
• Create reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices for customers and regions.
• Drive adoption, activation, and measurable business value at scale.
• Conduct live trainings, workshops, and executive briefings for varied audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing or instructional roles with C-level/Senior technical audiences.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
• Deep technical depth across software engineering, APIs, and AI production environments (incl. RAG
• Experience leading API bootcamps, workshops, or enablement sessions.
• Ability to translate technical features into concrete business outcomes.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to the safe evolution of AI.
