• Lead the evolution of the 3D mockup production operation, managing three Design Team Leads and an
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement streamlined workflows, automation, and operational
• Align design operations with merchant needs by translating customer feedback, e-commerce trends
• Monitor production metrics and visual asset performance to identify opportunities to improve
• Evaluate and introduce practical AI tools that enhance designer productivity, simplify workflows
• Lead capacity planning and resource allocation, prioritizing high-value initiatives and maximizing

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading, managing, and developing technical, creative, 3D design, or comparable
• Experience working in a platform, SaaS, e-commerce, or similarly scalable technology environment.
• Strong understanding of how creative and technical operations contribute to scaling digital
• A demonstrated process-optimization mindset, with experience introducing workflow automation and
• Practical curiosity about AI and emerging technologies in design, with the ability to identify
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use operational metrics, capacity data, and performance
