Tech Lead Manager (multiple teams)

📋 Description

• Lead one of Neara's core engineering teams (technical solutions, platform, or integrations).
• Spend ~60% on leading delivery; ~40% hands-on design and complex challenges.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to align on customer value.
• Align with other Tech Lead Managers to raise engineering standards and platform direction.
• Work across a stack including Dart-based client, C++/Rust engines, and Java backend.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical people-leader with end-to-end delivery experience.
• Ability to operate in unfamiliar technical areas and gain credibility fast.
• Product sense and strong partnership with Product to deliver customer outcomes.
• Track record of architecting and shipping complex systems.
• Bachelor’s in CS/Math or equivalent practical experience.
• No-ego, outcome-focused, detail-oriented mindset.
