Product Manager, AI Driver

📋 Description

• Own a substantial work package end-to-end within Wayve's AI Driver product.
• Lead cross-functional team of engineers, researchers and PMs.
• Engage with AI/ML, autonomy and embodied AI details; debate trade-offs with senior staff.
• Translate R&D progress and customer needs into a product roadmap.
• Communicate with deep technical reviews, executive updates and customer conversations.
• Listen to feedback and align team decisions accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ability to independently own a work package and remove blockers.
• High technical depth in AI/ML, autonomy or related deep-tech domain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; motivate teams through ambiguity.
• Proven product/PM or technical PM experience on complex technical products.
• High autonomy, strong judgment and bias for action.
