📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate high-quality, standards-based curricula and instructional content across the
• Collaborate with Teaching & Learning to assess and raise student achievement.
• Coach teachers, support PD, and oversee instructional staff development.
• Foster a positive, structured school culture with strong family and community engagement.
• Manage scheduling, student placement, and coordination of cross-school initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to school mission and values.
• At least five years of full-time classroom teaching experience.
• At least one year in adult management/teacher coaching.
• Experience in education leadership and program evaluation preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate progress to staff and families.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
