- Guide customers to design scalable systems using MongoDB data platform
- Collaborate with sales to drive account strategy and technical discovery
- Deliver demos, POCs, and value-based presentations to leadership
- Architect complex cloud and on-prem architectures for large projects
- Mentor teammates and share field feedback with product teams
🎯 Requirements
- 8-11 years in customer-facing roles; 5-7 years pre-sales with enterprise software
- 3+ years with Python, Node.js, SQL or C/C++, Java, C#
- Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management
- Ability to stratify sales paths and coordinate with MongoDB ecosystem
- Travel up to 25% and hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
