OTC Customer Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Be responsible for tasks within the AR function & Order Processing, including Cash Collections
• Analyze to determine Collections portfolio and understand customer queries; respond with
• Analyze Order Processing process and respond to customer queries with a customer-centric approach
• Assist in resolving customer claims/issues with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer master records while following internal controls and SOX policies.
• Participate in AR/OP projects, including UAT and system testing with teams across EMEA, APJ and US.
