Manufacturing Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and support strategic projects, new product development, and manufacturing oversight.
• Bridge R&D and Manufacturing to ensure seamless design transfer and manufacturability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations.
• Guide day-to-day manufacturing operations and mentor the Technician team.
• Drive continuous improvement and issue resolution with the production team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in mechanical design or related field.
• 8+ years in mechanical design and manufacturing engineering.
• Design transfer, DFM, and experience in regulated environments (FDA, ISO 13485).
• Knowledge of ISO 14971, ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards.
• Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; proficient with MS Office.
• Willing to travel 10-30% for supplier visits and troubleshooting.
