📋 Description
- Lead a team building and operating Kubernetes infra on bare metal
- Own reliability, performance, and operability for AI/ML workloads
- Grow engineers, set priorities, and align with platform, networking, compute, and product teams
- Scale impact with durable engineering systems and clear delivery plans
- Partner across interfaces for provisioning, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Build cross-functional relationships and foster a high-accountability culture
🎯 Requirements
- Experience leading an infra/platform or SRE team
- Strong Kubernetes, distributed systems, production infra skills
- Experience running Kubernetes in complex environments (bare metal, hybrid, or performance-sensitive)
- Familiar with cluster lifecycle: provisioning, upgrades, observability, reliability
- Proven track record improving team execution and reliability
- Experience guiding incident response and post-incident improvements
