Manager I, Process Excellence

📋 Description

• Plan and deliver process improvement initiatives for CLCM across clinical development operations.
• Develop clinical research processes, including quality system documents and process maps.
• Provide change management for initiatives, including stakeholder and impact assessment and
• Assess metrics and measures for areas of focus within AbbVie’s Quality System and GxP frameworks.
• Leverage Business Process Framework (BPF) knowledge to enable process and change management.
• Coordinate across CLCM to align on improvements and maintain initiative/tracking tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in scientific or business field; associate degree with relevant
• 6+ years Pharma/clinical research experience; 2+ years in clinical research preferred.
• Experience in process management, optimization, and simplification; change management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; matrix environment experience.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or change management experience desired.
