Senior Manager, Mainframe Solution Architecture - Chicago or East Coast preferred

• Lead complex mainframe design and delivery for Ensono clients
• Drive modernization, hybrid integration, and platform enhancements
• Align solutions with client objectives and Ensono's tech vision

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in technical roles; 3+ years in architecture leadership
• 5+ years with mainframe (z/OS, CICS, IMS, DB2, etc.)
• 5+ years in external client-facing roles with stakeholders
• 6+ years in Ensono or similar mainframe MSP/SI environments
• Deep expertise in mainframe modernization and cloud-to-mainframe integration
• Strong knowledge of Ensono Delivery Methodology and mainframe offerings
