📋 Description

• Own the company-wide operating cadence and cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage the CEO's calendar, OKR framework, and executive alignment.
• Lead ad-hoc financial and operational analyses; partner with Finance on headcount review.
• Drive decisions, surface insights, and ensure timely execution of strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership and external partners to accelerate decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Strong financial acumen: interpret P&L, headcount plans, translate data to recommendations.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools; openness to AI adoption.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to present actionable insights.
