Job Description
📋 Description
- Perform routine building maintenance: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry
- Interior/exterior upkeep: painting, patching walls, tiles, fixtures
- Inspect/repair walls, floors, doors, envelope
- Respond to tickets for leaks, HVAC, electrical; PM on assets
- Assist janitorial/site staff; move furniture; set up events
- Support campus operations and safety programs
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years facilities maintenance experience
- Experience with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry
- Ability to read instructions/blueprints; use work tickets/software
- Strong communication; self-motivated; teamwork
- Safety training; forklift/scissor lift and fall protection
