📋 Description

• Own the IT administrator and governance audience: understand admins, IT leaders, security teams
• Define enterprise administration and governance story: messaging across setup, identity, access
• Lead administrator-focused product launches for ChatGPT Work and Codex.
• Make product changes understandable and actionable: communicate changes and required actions
• Create materials to unblock deployment: setup guidance, governance explainers, deployment
• Measure outcomes and feed insights to product and engineering for priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise product marketing or related go-to-market role.
• Experience marketing to IT admins, security stakeholders, technical buyers.
• Ability to explain identity, provisioning, permissions, security controls, audit logs, compliance
• Proven track record bringing enterprise capabilities to market and creating enabling materials.
• Excellent writing and messaging to clarify complex product decisions.
• Collaborative experience with Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, CS, Growth, and Marketing
