Recruitment Relationship Manager II

📋 Description

• Lead successful fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with offshore recruitment delivery centers; coach RSS, TA, RC.
• Drive best practice across the recruitment lifecycle and act as brand ambassador.
• Direct recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.
• Manage requisitions and ensure documentation aligns with recruitment laws and processes.
• Provide consultative and strategic solutions to client stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in end-to-end recruitment in staffing or corporate HR.
• Experience conducting behavioral based interviews.
• Understanding of MSAs and SOWs; strong analytics capability.
• Ability to influence without authority; experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders.
• Experience creating sourcing plans and knowledge of OFCCP compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and MS Office proficiency; ATS experience.
