📋 Description
- Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments and care plans.
- Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
- Learn from experts in related fields to support holistic care for each child.
- Join a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model focused on meaningful progress.
- Engage in ongoing collaboration with BCBA/ABA teams to advance treatment goals.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience working with children; experience with autism is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days; comprehensive training provided.
- High School diploma or higher; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred for some roles.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius using reliable transportation.
- Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule and participate in in-person orientation/training.
