Manufacturing Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead a manufacturing team on a Dublin site, ensuring production goals meet schedule
• Oversee daily operations, align with batch records, SOPs and cGMP guidelines
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse to keep areas inspection ready
• Coach and mentor staff; implement development plans and career guidance
• Attend Tier 1/2 meetings to review plan execution and shift goals
• Escalate issues per site escalation process and drive CAPA with QA

🎯 Requirements

• Level 8/Bachelor’s in engineering or science
• Minimum 3 years direct supervisory experience
• Pharma production or similar structured manufacturing environment preferred
• Lean manufacturing exposure; strong ability to manage by metrics
