📋 Description
- Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions for field sales
- Builds trust with stakeholders through regular interaction and feedback
- Leverages Learning & Development platforms to align with brand training products
- Communicates clearly to stakeholders, fostering positive relationships
- Provides actionable verbal & written feedback with performance plans
- Develops Rotational/Guest Trainers with coaching and feedback
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years field sales experience in pharma or equivalent
- Knowledge of CFR 210/211, cGMP regulations
- Project management experience or matrixed environment
- Strong track record in sales and commercial strategy alignment
- Ability to partner with diverse individuals and align training with business goals
