- Plan and deliver process improvement initiatives across Global Business Operations (GBO) in
- Develop clinical research processes, including process maps and quality system documents
- Provide change management for initiatives, including stakeholder and impact assessment and
- Partner with SCE leaders to sustain infrastructure, programs, and forums aligned with strategy
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent ex-US) in scientific or business field; Associate degree with
- 7+ years Pharma/clinical research experience; 3+ within clinical research preferred
- Experience in process management, optimization, and simplification
- Experience in change management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving in a matrix environment
- Change management and/or Lean Six Sigma desired
