Lead Franchise Business Consultant

📋 Description

• Drive franchisee business results within assigned portfolio
• Provide leadership and coaching to franchisees
• Engage with COE support teams across Marketing, Development, Supply Chain, Training, Finance
• Lead franchisee relationships and execute market-specific business plans
• Coordinate field time and in-market/virtual franchisee visits
• Explain complex messages to franchisees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 5+ years in multi-unit operations/consulting, QSR/franchisee experience preferred
• Experience in multi-unit environments; knowledge of retail/restaurant operations and financial
• Strong verbal and written communication, public speaking
• Ability to read/interpret financial statements; strong analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
